Los Amigos de la Justicia President André Des Rochers

Attorney André Des Rochers has been practicing law in Orange County, California, for over 32 years. He has the distinction of being one of the largest solo practitioners in the county. He has handled various cases in his career, from criminal misdemeanors to major complex litigation.


His cases have been successful and they have involved multi-million dollar disputes. He is also an expert on landlord-tenant law and has published articles about this subject. André Des Rochers is bilingual in English and Spanish and knows both cultures well. He can offer creative solutions to his client’s legal needs.

He is a United States Commission on Civil Rights member and served as California Chairman for Mitt Romney for President in 2008. André Des Rochers served on The California Judicial Council, a watchdog group over the state judicial system from 1992-94. He teaches legal ethics at Chapman University School of Law.
